Resume Writing

Your resume is your marketing piece, your sales sheet, and the thing that hiring managers look at to determine whether or not you are called in for an interview. You have about 6 seconds to catch the eye of a recruiter, and that’s if you can get past the applicant tracking systems scanning your resume for keywords.

We’ll create a format that will immediately grab the eye of the reader and craft a customized resume that will highlight your skills and achievements, get you through those pesky applicant tracking systems, and appeal to hiring managers.

So how does this work? We’ll first have an introductory conversation, which you can book below. We’ll talk about your experience and what you’re looking for in your next position. Next, you’ll send me a copy of your existing resume and fill out a short questionnaire that is designed to get you thinking in terms of your achievements.

Below is a sample bullet point from my resume:
-Increased private sector sales by 85% in year 1 by implementing new business development plan.

Once I get the questionnaire back, I’ll have a first draft to you within 72 business hours. We’ll jump back on the phone to review it together and then I’ll provide a final copy incorporating any edits we discuss. While this copy is usually the final one, I will do up to 3 revisions if needed.
